Celebrate the return of spring with April PA Day Farm School experience at The Barnyard Classroom. As the farm begins to wake up, children are invited to explore seasonal changes through hands-on crafts, outdoor discovery, and gentle farm routines. Throughout the day, children will: -Dye farm-fresh eggs using natural plant-based dyes, including turmeric, exploring colour, pattern, and traditional methods of decoration. -Learn how natural materials can be used in everyday life through simple, age-appropriate kitchen and craft activities. -Spend time outdoors noticing signs of spring such as budding plants, warming soil, and active animals. -Participate in calm animal care routines, building respect and confidence through real responsibilities. -Create a spring-inspired craft to take home, using natural and seasonal materials. -Gather for circle time, storytelling, and reflection, grounding the day in rhythm and connection. This April PA Day offers a thoughtful blend of creativity, science, and nature-based learning, giving children the opportunity to slow down, ask questions, and experience the joy of making and discovering together.
