WHAT TO BRING?
To make the most of your Goat Yoga experience, here’s what you’ll need:

Yoga Mat – Bring a mat you don’t mind getting a little dirty (a towel or blanket underneath can help).

Comfortable Clothing – Wear clothes you can move in, and keep in mind that baby goats may climb or nibble!

Outdoor-Friendly Footwear – While yoga is typically barefoot, you may want shoes for walking around the farm.

Optional: Hair Tie & Towel – Goats love nibbling on loose hair and strings! A small towel can also be handy for wiping off your mat.

Water Bottle – Stay hydrated while you stretch and play.

Sunscreen & Hat (for outdoor sessions) – Protect yourself from the sun while enjoying the fresh air.
