Barnyard Bash Party Package Includes: Up to 10 party guests (including the guest of honor) 2 hours of party time, including: 1 hour of petting zoo time 1 hour of playground and tent access for pizza, cupcakes, and celebration 1 small cup of animal feed per child for feeding the animals Additional party guests may be added for $40 per child 1 party-sized pizza (24 slices) — choice of cheese or pepperoni If your party exceeds 15 guests, please add additional pizzas at $28 each Outside food is permitted for all parties 10 cupcakes — choice of vanilla or chocolate cake with your choice of icing color 10 bottles of water 1 birthday crown 4 reserved picnic tables 10 white paper plates 10 white plastic forks & spoons 4 colored tablecloths Party Process & Schedule: Confirmation Call A member of our Events Team will contact you during the week of your party to review final details. This is the perfect time to add any extras such as additional guests, more food, or party favors. Early Arrival Parents of the guest of honor may arrive 15–20 minutes early to set up any additional decorations before guests arrive. Check-In Your party begins with check-in by your private party host, who will then escort your group to your reserved party tent area. Guest Arrival & Playground Time As guests arrive, each child will be checked off the guest list and matched with their completed liability waiver before being welcomed into the private playground area for approximately 30 minutes of play while the rest of the party arrives. Petting Zoo Experience Your party host will then gather the children for a guided visit to the farm petting zoo: 20 minutes with the chickens 20 minutes with the goats 20 minutes with the rabbits Each child will have an opportunity to feed and gently handle the animals. Party Celebration After the petting zoo visit, your party host will gather everyone for a special birthday shout-out and group photo opportunity before leading the group back to the tables for pizza, drinks, cupcakes, and celebration of the guest of honor. Stress-Free Hosting Your private party host takes care of everything from setup to cleanup, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration. Leave the mess to us and head home to a clean, quiet house when the fun is done. Weather Policy In the event of severe weather, such as thunderstorms, the party will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed upon date. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to the rescheduled booking.
