Service Description

PA Day Farm School – June 26th Join us for a magical day on the farm as we welcome the early days of summer. Children will be invited into meaningful, hands-on work through painting their own terracotta planter. Each child will thoughtfully decorate their pot and choose to plant a small seedling or create a simple fairy garden using natural materials gathered from the land. This process nurtures care, creativity, and a sense of responsibility, while fostering a connection to living things. Throughout the day, children will also spend time interacting with our farm animals, including opportunities to observe and gently engage with our baby goats. These moments encourage empathy, respect, and a deeper understanding of animal care within a calm and supported environment. The day will unfold in a natural rhythm, with extended time outdoors for hands-on interaction and observation, imaginative play, and tending to the needs of the farm. Children will move freely between experiences, guided by curiosity and supported through guided instruction. Designed for children ages 4–8, this program offers a peaceful, prepared environment where children can engage deeply with their surroundings, develop independence, and experience the beauty of learning through nature.
